COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE AND AGREEMENT

This software comprises original work(s), including literary work(s), artistic work(s), and computer program(s), which are proprietary, privileged and confidential information of lessor. The confidential information in these works and the software itself, belongs exclusively to lessor and all rights of ownership are reserved. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or transmission of the software, literary works, or artistic works, or of any parts of the software, literary works, or artistic works, including any text, data, presentations, etc., contained in this software, shall amount to a breach of lessor's rights therein. Such reproduction, adaptation, distribution or transmission may only take place with the express written permission of lessor, such as use or the making of a back-up copy of the software.

Subscribers shall ensure that all usernames and passwords issued to them are only made available to those users to whom a password has been provided by lessor. The subscriber shall notify lessor immediately if it is suspected that a password has become known to a third party. lessor may at any time terminate a compromised password and issue a replacement.
